Coquelic is an S-rank Catalyst in Path to Nowhere, and she is a sustain unit that happens to hit hard rather than a damage dealer with a heal attached. Her damage is True Damage, which ignores Defense and Magic Resistance.
Her Ultimate, Poppy, paints a grid area and gives every ally in it the Scarlet Flower buff for the whole battle; cast again, it heals them. Her passive then makes every one of her normal attacks heal anyone carrying Scarlet Flower, so the Ultimate is a one-time setup rather than a heal on a cooldown. Poppy holds 2 charges.
The damage comes from Floral Sword Slash: every 15 seconds her next attack becomes a multi-slash of 5 to 10 hits, scaling with how many buffed allies stand near her, at 45% to 90% True Damage each. Her healing and her damage read off the same number, so there is no trade between them. Her exclusive Crimebrand, River of Flowers, lets allies carrying Scarlet Flower proc those bursts and breaks the 15 second timer.
How to Use
Give her an Endura to stand behind, cluster the allies you want buffed inside Poppy's area, and do not spend a second slot on a dedicated healer. Full numbers, Crimebrand notes and team guidance are in the Coquelic build guide; placement is on the Path to Nowhere tier list.
