One arrest is live: **Angel Rhythm**, an Event Arrest running **October 8 at 14:00 to November 3 at 13:59 (Server Time)**, which gives you three days from this update. It shares that window to the minute with the **Heartbeats ON AIR!** themed event, and the two are built to be run together: the event pays the shards and upgrade materials that make pulling worth doing. Read the roster line carefully, because this page will not pretend to more than it has. AISNO publishes each arrest's rate-up roster in-game and on its own account, not to the community wikis, and nothing outside the game names Angel Rhythm's featured Sinners. What is documented is that **Phanuel**, the new S-Rank introduced with Heartbeats ON AIR, is obtained through Arrests, and Angel Rhythm is the only arrest in the window. Treat that as the strong inference it is and check the in-game notice before you spend. **Evie**, the event's new A-Class, is not a pull at all: Apple's own store listing says you complete missions to get her, which makes her the one thing here with a hard November 3 deadline attached. The past rows below are the ones AISNO announced directly, and they are exact. One rule governs all of it, and it is the rule that costs people Sinners: **pity is tracked separately for each arrest type**, so progress on an Event Arrest buys nothing on a Routine or Directional one.

Angel Rhythm (Event Arrest)
Version Heartbeats ON AIR!Should you pull? Live until November 3 at 13:59 Server Time. The honest answer on whether to pull is that you cannot decide it from outside the game yet, and anybody telling you otherwise is guessing: the featured roster is in the in-game arrest notice and nowhere else. What is known is that Phanuel is the S-Rank this event cycle introduces and that she comes from Arrests rather than from event missions, which makes Angel Rhythm the only place she can be. Two things that should shape the decision regardless of her kit. First, this is an Event Arrest, not a Limited one, and the distinction is the whole pull calculus in this game: an Event S-Rank joins the permanent pool and can be pulled later, a Limited S-Rank is not promised to come back. If you are rationing Hypercubes, ration them against Limited arrests. Second, your pity on this banner is Event-Arrest pity and it survives the banner closing, so a counter in the sixties is not wasted by letting November 3 pass. The thing that genuinely does not survive is Evie, who comes from the event mission track rather than from here. Finish those missions before you spend a single Hypercube deciding about Phanuel.
Window from pathtonowhere.wiki.gg's front-page "Current Arrests" box, read 2026-10-31: "Angel Rhythm, New Event Arrest, October 8th, 14:00 - November 3rd, 13:59 (Server Time)". The same box lists Heartbeats ON AIR! over an identical window. The featured list is deliberately empty rather than guessed, and that is the only thing on this row not read off a source: AISNO has not published the roster outside the game, three searches against @PathtoNowhereEN returned nothing for this banner name, and the community wikis do not maintain a 2026 banner history. Phanuel is named in the verdict above rather than listed as a featured unit, because the support for her is an inference and not an announcement: the Path to Nowhere community wiki states she is an S-Rank added through the Heartbeats ON AIR Event and obtainable through Arrests, and this is the only arrest in that window. Her rate-up status, any A-Class Sinners sharing the banner, and whether a second S-Rank is featured are all unconfirmed. Her Umbra tendency is a profile attribute from the same wiki and not a banner fact, which is why it is not printed as a role here. Evie is deliberately absent from `featured`: Apple's App Store listing for the game, publisher-supplied copy, describes the event as "Complete missions to obtain the new A-Class Sinner Evie", which makes her an event reward, and listing her as a banner unit would send people to pull for something free.

Beyond the Self (Event Arrest)
Should you pull? Closed October 8 at 13:59 Server Time. Chengxiao is a Core Reticle S-Rank, meaning she anchors a team around ranged single-target damage rather than slotting into one, and as an Event Arrest unit she joins the permanent pool, so missing this window delays her rather than losing her. The three A-Class rate-ups are the part people undervalue: Pacassi is a Core Fury, which is the role most early rosters are thinnest at, and A-Class Sinners are where a new account's usable team actually comes from. If you pulled here and stopped at an S-Rank you did not want, remember the featured guarantee: an off-rate S-Rank makes your next one the featured Sinner.
Exact window and full roster from AISNO's own announcement on @PathtoNowhereEN: "[Beyond the Self] Event Arrest Starts, Event Duration: September 10th, 14:00 - October 8th, 13:59 (Server Time) ... the probability of obtaining S-Class Sinner [Chengxiao], A-Class Sinners [Pacassi], [Dudu], and [Cinnabar] in Arrest" increases. Ranks and classes on each row are this dataset's own roster values, which were re-verified in the 2026-10-02 class-definition correction.
Fated Pursuit (Directional Arrest)
Should you pull? Closed October 8, the same day Beyond the Self did, which is the clearest illustration of how this game differs from its peers: two arrests of different types ran side by side for three weeks, and a player splitting Hypercubes across both finished with two counters in the thirties instead of one guarantee nearly paid for. Fated Pursuit is a Directional Arrest, the type that boosts two S-Ranks at once rather than one, so it is the better value per pull when you want either of the pair and the worse one when you want a specific Sinner. Parfait is a Catalyst, which in Path to Nowhere is the buff, debuff and sustain support class rather than a status detonator, and Korryn is a Reticle damage dealer.
Window and roster as verified against @PathtoNowhereEN in October 2026 and already carried on /wiki/path-to-nowhere/tier-list and /blog/path-to-nowhere-arrest-rates-pity-guide: September 17 to October 8, 2026 (Server Time), S-Class Parfait and Korryn with A-Class Nino and Lynn. Recorded here unchanged rather than re-derived. Note that Fated Pursuit is a recurring banner name in this game, with earlier runs in November 2024 and January 2026 featuring entirely different Sinners, so the 2026-09 suffix on this row's id is load-bearing.
