Ruan Mei is the single best universal support in Honkai: Star Rail. She raises team damage, speed, and Break Effect, and her Ultimate adds a powerful damage window, making her a fit in almost every top team.

Light Cones: Past Self in Mirror (signature), Memories of the Past, or But the Battle Isn't Over. Relic Set: Watchmaker, Master of Dream Machinations (4-piece). Planar Ornament: Sprightly Vonwacq or Penacony, Land of the Dreams (2-piece). Main Stats: Body: ATK% or HP%. Feet: SPD. Planar Sphere: HP% / DEF%. Link Rope: Break Effect. Substats: SPD, Break Effect, EHR, HP%.

Best Teams

Universal Harmony support; slots into nearly any team, especially Break/Super Break comps.

1. Super Break: Firefly, Harmony Trailblazer, Lingsha.
2. Generic Carry: any DPS, a second support, plus a sustain.
