Burnice's damage is almost entirely off-field via Afterburn, so she leads to apply Fire anomaly then sits in the back while your other anomaly agent applies their element and triggers Disorder. Caesar cycles in for ATK and shields, and because Burnice needs an Anomaly or Sons of Calydon teammate to activate her Fire Kindling Additional Ability, always run her with one.
