Isolde is the best Burn setter, ramping the enemy toward the Burn stacks Spathodea's Ultimate wants, while Lopera adds Flaming Bullet pressure and buffs, and Medicine Pocket layers a damage-taken debuff and keeps the team healthy. You build the Burn stacks across the early rounds, then fire Spathodea's Ultimate into a fully stacked target for the payoff.

Sonetto is a strong free buffer, and any healer you own can stand in for Medicine Pocket if you lack her.
