Run Camellya with a buffer and a sustain so she can hold the field, leaning on Concerto Energy to chain into her enhanced state. She is a top on-field carry on the Wuthering Waves tier list.

Weapons: Red Spring (signature Sword), Somnoire Anchor, Blazing Brilliance. Echo Set: Sun-sinking Eclipse (5-piece Havoc set). Main Echo: Dreamless or Crownless (4-cost). Main Stats: 4-cost Crit Rate/Crit DMG / 3-cost Havoc DMG (x2) / 1-cost ATK% (x2). Substats: Crit Rate > Crit DMG > ATK% > Basic ATK DMG > Energy Regen.

Havoc Hypercarry: Camellya + Sanhua (Basic ATK Outro buff) + Shorekeeper. Budget line: swap Sanhua for Danjin (Havoc DMG) and Shorekeeper for Verina or Baizhi.
