Black Swan stacks Arcana for DEF ignoring Wind damage over time that grows as enemies take any DoT and splashes to neighbors. Kafka constantly detonates those DoTs to fast track Arcana to Epiphany at seven stacks, which lowers enemy RES. Ruan Mei and Huohuo provide the same RES shred, energy, and attack package as the Kafka build.
