How Maxwell’s team works
Liter and Crown front-load Burst Stage I and II buffs and cooldown reduction so the burst chain stays fast, then Maxwell fires her high-multiplier charged nuke in Burst Stage III. Her buffs also amplify a second Burst Stage III damage dealer like Liberalio, so the team doubles up its damage window.
